    1.1 The following General Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as “GTC”, govern the contractual relationship between Hella Ridder (“Seller”) and customers who purchase goods via the online store.<\/p>\n

    1.2 “Consumers” are natural persons acting for private purposes. “Entrepreneurs” are persons, companies or partnerships with commercial or self-employed professional activities. <\/p>\n

    2.1 Product descriptions in the online store serve to submit a purchase offer. Customers can do this using the online order form or by e-mail. <\/p>\n

    2.2 The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the customer’s offer, either by order confirmation, direct delivery or request for payment.<\/p>\n

    2.3 Payment can also be processed via PayPal. In the case of credit card payment via Stripe, the amount is due immediately. <\/p>\n

    2.4 Order data is stored by the seller and transmitted to the customer.<\/p>\n

    4.1 Prices include value added tax. Delivery and shipping costs are listed separately. <\/p>\n
